This issue opens with an informative article on one’s rights regarding questioning and detainment by police.  Two other articles discuss budget cuts to post-secondary education for prisoners, examining the near impossibility of prisoners paying for correspondence courses  themselves as well as linking education to reduced rates of recidivism.  The new native spirituality training program held at Kingston Penitentiary for Women is covered in detail.
