SUMMARY: This issue begins with informing the readers that the Bowden Institution will be partnering with Athabasca University to pilot a subsidized university education program for prisoners. There are religious pieces, as well as multiple scripture passages that are connected to prisoners. A prisoner responds to “Country Club Prisons Blasted” which was written in the February issue of The Bowden Ghost Courier; they advocate for prisoner’s rights to be treated fairly and with respect, with an emphasis on rehabilitation over punishment.
