SUMMARY: This issue addresses the possibility of creating a separate aboriginal justice system, the reality of mandatory minimum sentences for drug offences, and the ways that prisoners can access government files on themselves.  Additionally, the control of prisoner phone calls, Bill C-45, and the moral responsibility of those who witness crime are considered.  Social events, Sports, Christmas activities, family visits, and staff procedures at Collins Bay are also discussed.
