In this issue, the Street Prep column offers prisoners a detailed outline for a written plan to re-enter society, specifying goals that will contribute to success on the outside.  Another article provides a detailed breakdown of the amount prisoners generally earn and spend during their incarceration as well as how much money they are left with upon release.  The policy of requiring prisoners to wait until their Mandatory Supervision Date until receiving treatment is examined and criticized as is parole and mandatory supervision.  Sexual offenders and the church are also covered in this issue.
