SUMMARY: This issue grapples with the ideas that prison sentencing should become more standardised, that the reinstatement of the death penalty might become public desire, and that drug addicts should not be incarcerated. Additionally, the changing attitudes and policies in the correctional system, the many problems at Millhaven, the debate surrounding abortion, the Prince George Activator Society, and the importance of prisoner education are considered. Sports, policies, and the music room at Kent are also discussed.
