This issue addresses the importance of visitors to prisoners, a bill approving an increase of the National Parole Board from 9 to 19 members, and the establishment of a cooperative to financially benefit prisoners and the CONCERN society to discuss topics that concern prisoners and their kin. Also included is a question and answer session with the Chairman of the National Parole Board, and an extensive interview about the Living Unit concept with a unit supervisor.
