Summary: This issue discusses a prison work program at an experimental farm, the 6th anniversary of the Liberty group (A.A), Belgium’s use of intermittent sentencing, a lack of training for prison guards, Ontario Legal Aid, prisoner volunteers for male birth control testing, an editorial encouraging the use of prisoners for instructional work, re-printed articles from other penal press publications and an account of a picnic for disabled children hosted by former prisoners.
