This special poets’ edition contains a thorough examination of Britain’s experience with bar-less prisons and urges Canada to consider a similar shift to open prisons.  The Inmate-Officer Representative Committee (I.O.R.C.) column lists their “Terms of Reference” which details the aims of the committee.  The Lion’s Club of Kingston receives high praise for forming a baseball league for children: the Little League and Pony League.  There is also a write-up on the celebration commemorating the third birthday of Collin’s Bay A.A. group.
